Let’s start with the positives. The property is located in a good location close to the beach, has nice pool area, accessible parking, and decent kitchen to make morning basics. Additionally the communication between the “host” and I was good. Checking in was also fairly seamless.
Unfortunately my stay (which was scheduled for 10 nights) was very disappointing. I made sure to document (pictures) and keep the messages between host and I to reference and add validity to this review. I arrived very late and did a walk-through first thing in the morning after waking up. Almost immediately the disappointment and concern set it but tried to remain positive. From a lose bathroom mirror feeling like it was not securely mounted to the wall, to an overall outdated (truly not renovated) property. Unfortunately, after about six days of being there, I still had not received any fresh linen, no fresh towels. If it was something that needed to be requested, it should be clearly advertised. The cable and Wi-Fi were terrible and I had to sit outside to conduct work on my laptop or phone, which offered no privacy. Most notably was the condition of the carpet and floor which were dirty and sticky in many areas, and the multilevel bathroom where I tripped several times making it a bit of a hazard. The pictures online certainly don’t reflect what you walk into. Lastly, I will say that several individuals from property management have reached out to me after my stay and offered apologies.
