There are 5 private bedrooms within the home with each offering comfortable beds topped in quality linen along with plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home.



✔ Master Bedroom: Green Paradise features 1 luxuriously large king bed with a walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom, and enough space for kids on the 2-level bunk bed and a crib.



✔ Bedroom 2: Blue Escape - 1 king bed



✔ Bedroom 3: Golden Retrea is perfect for a couple with 1 king bed. The full bathroom is located in the hallway.



✔ Bedroom 4 : Peaceful Gateway: is located on the other side of the house and is filled with 1 queen bed and working space.



✔ Bedroom 5: Spaceship offers 1 queen size bed and 1 full-sized bed.

Enjoy meals together at the elegant dining space (table for 8, additional chairs available) with big see-through glass doors creating a seamless indoor/outdoor view.

★ OUTDOOR AREA ★

We made sure to make an outdoor space and swimming pool as enjoyable as we could. We set up a roofed patio to avoid any rain or other disturbance and installed Outdoor TV. The backyard has beautiful night lights and fire pit with chairs which creates a truly romantic atmosphere. Dining Table and Sectional Sofa are located under the roof. There are plenty of places to sit in the sun or shade and dry off after your dip, plus an outdoor sofa where you can enjoy some food and drinks as well.

★ PARKING ★

You won’t need to carry or wheel any of your bags or belongings far when you stay here. That’s because there’s space for 5 small to mid-size vehicles right at the front of the house reserved for your use. Please note the street parking is prohibited.



★ WORKSPACE ★

With a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet, the house is ideal for anyone with work to do. You can find a quiet and comfortable space to get your laptop out and can easily keep in touch with colleagues, clients, and customers, wherever they are in the world.



Guest Access:

★ HEATED SWIMMING POOL ★

Our pool is private and you get full access to it. We also offer the heated option for an additional fee. Regular pool water temperature is usually comfortable all year long, anyway if you prefer it warmer or traveling with kids, we recommend requesting it in advance.

We believe that extra pool heating is not needed from May until September since the water gets very warm from the sun.



During winter months it can take up to 48 hours to get to the desired temperature (90 Fahrenheit max). Please be advised that it might take longer if the air temperature is lower than 65. For last-minute bookings, it will be turned on as soon as possible.

We charge 60$/night for the whole stay to cover extra electricity expenses.

We do not add it to the rental price, because not all people want to use it, and we are trying to keep our properties affordable for everyone.







★ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT ★



Check-in is after 4:00 pm and Check-out is 10:00 am. You will be provided with an access code that activates at your arrival. Early Check-In or Late Check-out are subject to availability and need to be requested in advance. We charge a flat fee of $50 per hour, if you need to get more than 2 hours, reach out for a custom quote.

Baggage drop-off is available by request and depends on availability.



Guests have private access to the entire home, landscaped yard, as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking for 5 CARS - NO STREET PARKING AT ANY TIME, complimentary coffee, and access to a washing machine and dryer.



Pool service is scheduled twice a week, usually on Tuesdays at 1PM and Fridays at 4-5 PM. It might change due to weather conditions.

Lawn Service is done every 2 weeks.

Please let us know if you need specific dates when services will be done during your stay.

Getting Around:

Uber & Lyft are a great option for getting around town but consider the time of day for surcharges on the cost. Local taxi services can also be utilized along with public transportation. But there is plenty of parking available to use your own car or a rental car to get around Fort Lauderdale!
