Awesome amenities are right downstairs, including a large TIKI BAR with many TV’s and extensive menu including breakfast, lunch and dinner, outdoor heated pool with comfortable lounge chairs and ocean views, a private beach with chair and umbrella rentals, jet ski sport rentals, full service salon, incredible Italian restaurant Casa Calabria, gift shop, coffee bar and more! This unit features a full kitchen outfitted with Stainless Steel appliances and granite countertops with everything you need to stay in for a meal. The spacious bedroom includes a KING bed with premium mattress and 50 inch flat screen TV, vanity table and desk. Master bathroom has a double vanity with storage. There is ample closet space and shelving, so don’t be afraid to pack too much! Relax in the living room on a Natuzzi leather sofa with recliners and a 65 inch flat screen TV. Take advantage of free WiFi, cable TV.

Set in the heart of the Galt Ocean Mile on Fort Lauderdale beach, this property is within walking distance of a major grocery store, liquor store, deli, pizzeria, sundries store, Mc Donald’s and other great conveniences. You can also walk to many other fun spots, like Bokamper’s Sports Bar, Shooters and the famous Water Taxi that will take you down many stops along the gorgeous inter-coastal.

PARKING - Parking is valet only. The current charge as of April 2024 is $18/day.

Ok. So here's a summary of our week at this condo.Up front, my wife and i have grown children, we came here on our own for a winter break, and we're frequent travelers with high expecations.So a quick summaryThe building itself is showing some age, but is clean. The apartment itself is exactly as the photos look, was very clean, well appointed and had a true ocean front view.It IS located above the Tiki Bar, which was very busy but surprisingly you could barely hear it.Valet is 18.00 a day but you have to pay to park everywhere so its fine. We usually jusy got out keys and skipped the wait.Beach chairs were 20.00 a day each to rent (same price up and down the beach)If you want to buy small ones instead the beach shop at LBtS has them for about 25.00.They will check bags for liquer. But they dont rifle thru them. If you bring beer to the beach, just be discreet, its fine. But they want you to buy drinks at the tiki barThe tiki bar is "ok". Overpriced. Good area reataurants....avg dinners for 2 with appetizers and drinks avgd 150.00Lauderdale by the Sea is a 1 mile walk down the beach and had a few good bars, restaurants and coffee shops.Theres a Winn Dixie a block away for supplies.Host was accomodating and though this apt wasnt inexpensive, it was well worth the . Definitely has a cool factor to it, a pretty comfortable bed, amazing view and everything you need.Highly recommended

Wonderful condo for a couple. Very nicely decorated and clean. Lots of storage and all appliances worked. The Tiki Bar on the beach and the Italian restaurant in the lobby are both very convenient and serve excellent food. We would definitely stay here again.

This unit is absolutely beautiful and looks just like the pictures. It is well stocked and feels just like home. The bed is SO comfortable ! The view is amazing and the building is in a great location ; close to many great restaurants ! We would definitely rent this unit again in the future !

Very clean

The check in process was very easy and the owner communicated the steps clearly to us with plenty of advance time. The space itself was very clean. The hallway had a smell once you got off the elevator, but it never made it's way into the unit. The tiki hut being on property was perfect.

Nice Stay.

The Condo is just as seen in the pictures. It was just right for what my Mother and I needed. The Host was Great and very prompt with responding to questions. Our overall experience was good, but the smell from the Tiki Bar Flows Directly to the Balcony. The elevators are small and the Apartment next door slammed their doors all night and we could hear everything. The food at the Tiki Bar is expensive and not very good at all so I would definitely recommend getting food else where.

Clean, spacious unit

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here recently. No check in needed, just straight to the room with a door code. Valet on site is extra, but the staff was friendly and quick the entire week. Unit is very clean and spacious with lots of vibrant art and decor. Kitchen was well stocked and all appliances worked well. Large TV in the living room and a comfy couch with recliners. Bed was quite comfortable and we had plenty of extra blankets. Nice view of the ocean from the bedroom.Bathroom was a nice size and had great water pressure in the shower. Plenty of towels were provided.View from the patio was excellent and a great place to relax and read in the afternoon. We saw lots of rays and a couple of sharks from up there. Pool temp was very warm with a lot of deck chairs. Pool and bar area are a bit crowded on the weekends but plenty of spaces during the week. There is music and some noise from the pool bar area but we didn't really hear it much in the room.Italian restaurant downstairs is excellent - don't skip it. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place to stay!

It was a very nice place in a great location. Love the proximity to the beach. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The only complaint we had was that the wi-fi was terribly slow. Other than that, we’d highly recommend!

OM condo

Condo was nicely equipped. Hotel was very noisy with spring breakers making a ruckus into the wee hours of night. View of ocean was beautiful. Geat walks on the beach! Casa Calabria served excellent Italian fare for an inhouse restaurant.

Pristine condo with amazing view

The condo was very clean, updated decor and an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean. There was absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable two week stay. We ate at the Tiki bar a few times and the Italian restaurant was very good. It did get a little noisy on the weekends late at night but I assume it was some of the spring break crowd. Kudos to the owner on maintaining such a beautiful condo. We will definitely return soon!

My husband and I stayed here for our 50th anniversary.It far exceeded our expectations in every way.The owner is easy and fast in answering any questions. We would most definitely stay again and would advise anyone to stay here.

Break from winter weather

The condo building was well run with a great Tiki Bar and an excellent Italian restaurant. The accommodations were nice and comfortable. The only thing was the bed and pillows were softer than we are used to. The balcony gave us fantastic views of the ocean.
