FEES AND DEPOSIT



1. REQUIRED FEES

RESORT FEE: Provide valid credit card and ID for the resort fee.$45.20/night (taxes included already) includes:

* 2 Beaches chairs & Umbrellas.

* Sunrise Yoga Classes

* 2 hours bike rentals for 2 adults

* 2 bottles of water in room and on pool deck

* local and toll-free calls

* Internet access

* access to the pool deck and whirlpool

* Fitness Center



2. OPTIONAL FEES

VALET PARKING - $55/day (plus tax); paid in full at the time of check-in for the duration of your stay. Please let us know at the time of booking if you need parking.



3. SECURITY DEPOSIT

There is a $200/night security deposit hold. This is NOT a charge. It’s just a hold for incidentals.



4. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING ROOM AND HOTEL

There is absolutely no smoking in the hotel or the room. Minimum of $500 will be incurred if guests smoke in the room.



5. Only contact the rental company for all the guests` needs (please… avoid calls to the hotel).



Hotel requires guests to be at least 21 years old to check in and use hotel services.
