Thoroughly residential neighborhood, 0.6 mile walk to Wilton Drive. Parking for one car only. Window AC unit.

You can park just one car. There is no on-street parking in the area. If you need to park two cars, this is not the right apartment for you.

There is an outdoor gas grill shared by all seven units. You are welcome to clean it to your satisfaction and to use it. Most guests brush it off a bit, heat it up to 400-500 degrees, and find that to be sufficient. If the gas runs out, just let us know, and we can fill the canister the next morning (Sundays excepted).
