MINIMUM AGE: All guests in non family units must be at least 21. Additional screening measures may take places for guests between ages 21-24.

RENTAL AGREEMENT & SECURITY HOLD REQUIRED: --will be provided after booking reservation. Must be signed before receiving unit access.The resort requires hosts to collect basic contact information to submit the reservation. In addition, a security hold will be collected on a credit card. These funds will be released 2 days after checkout assuming no damage is discovered.

EXTERNAL VERIFICATION PROCESS: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking.

NO SMOKING/VAPING allowed anywhere in the hotel, including on the balconies

EXTRA FEES:
• $67 mandatory valet fee if bringing a car (gratuity not included)
• $62.15 Daily Resort Fee per room, which includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella, 1 daily bike rental, water bottles at the pool and beach, wifi, pool/beach towel service), and $35 living room beverage credit.
• The resort can slightly increase these fees with limited notice. I will update as soon as possible

POOL ACCESS: The booking includes complimentary access to the West Pool & Hot Tub. Please note that the East Pool is a separate hotel amenity and guests are welcome to enjoy it by purchasing a day pass directly through the hotel. This has been the access policy since February 2025 and remains current.

POOL HOURS: Pool closes at 7 pm

ONE NIGHT STAYS: may occasionally be offered depending calendar availability. Prices may be higher and one night stays will be subject to further screening before confirming.

NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATION EXCEPTIONS: No refunds, credits or cancellation exceptions will be issued outside of the standard cancellation policy due to weather conditions or other personal unforeseen circumstances. Please consider purchasing travel insurance if this is a concern.

AMENITIES: are managed by the W, and availability and full operation cannot be guaranteed. However, we will make every effort to communicate any changes to guests.The Wifi and CableTV is also managed by the W residence, so we cannot be responsible for a rare outage, but we will do our best to communicate updates with you and make the best of the situation.

MANAGEMENT ENTRY TO PREMISES--owner/manager/building staff will make every effort not to enter property during guest stays. However, if the need arises without alternative, they will notify the guest with as much notice as possible and find a time to do so with the least disturbance.

OCCUPANCY LIMITS: The city of Fort Lauderdale authorizes 4 adults to stay in this unit, as well as up to 2 children under the age of 13 who are comfortable sleeping on a sofa.

VALET PARKING: Can have brief wait times . There is a system in place to call or text ahead to reduce your wait time.

DAMAGE WAIVER: Included in the price of your stay is the cost of a damage waiver of responsibility. More details provided via rental agreement. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

NOISE & SMOKING MONITORING
In accordance with the city code of Fort Lauderdale, the vacation rental is equipped with a noise monitoring device that alerts the property owner and manager if noise levels exceed a certain threshold. This device does not record conversations; it only measures noise levels. Additionally, this device can also detect the presence of smoking in the unit.

SUPPLIES: Starter set of supplies such as Toilet paper, paper towels and soaps is provided. However, guests may need to purchase more supplies for extended stays.

NO PETS ALLOWED: Pets are strictly prohibited in the unit. Guests who bring a pet onto the property or into the unit will have their reservation terminated immediately without refund. If a pet is discovered during or after the stay, a minimum charge of $250 may be assessed to cover additional cleaning, remediation, and/or any fines imposed by the building, with additional charges possible if actual costs exceed this amount.

BATHROOM SINKS: Please note that, due to the building’s plumbing design, some bathroom sinks may drain a bit more slowly than typical. They are inspected regularly and are functioning properly

BALCONY: Due to the property's proximity to the ocean, salt air and coastal breezes can cause natural residue accumulation on balcony surfaces between cleanings. This is a normal characteristic of coastal properties and does not affect the cleanliness or enjoyment of the space.

• For same day reservations, we will do our best to have the room ready by 4 pm but it cannot be guaranteed.

• For reservations exceeding 28 days in length, an additional rental agreement will need to be signed with additional terms, including but not limited to the right for mid stay cleanings/inspections at mutually agreeable times.

UPGRADES IN PROGRESS

We have a couple of minor upgrades we are awaiting on that should have minimal to no impact on your stay
• A couple light bulbs need replacing in areas where other light is provided
• We are awaiting 2 new seat cushions for the outdoor furniture
