"We stayed at this property for a quick long weekend getaway. Great property with excellent location, easy access to the beach, and everything needed. Owner is super responsive and property is very clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended, and we will likely stay again. "

"We were so pleased with our stay at the Cobia Cottage. It was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing . We loved being close to the beaches, as well as all the restaurants and shops in the area. While the neighborhood is an older neighborhood, we appreciated how your house was newly renovated and the outside well manicured . The neighborhood is quiet and quaint . It was the perfect stay for us as we were seeing our daughter off to college ....

"Our group of four absolutely loved staying in this cottage. We all agreed we would be happy to live there . While the cottage initially looked like it could use some maintenance on the outside - it didn’t. It’s a true old Florida cottage.Inside it’s so well decorated and comfortable. The beds were comfy, bathrooms good and well stocked with clean towels. There were plenty of beach towels, too.And a short walk past one condo, then across a street to a beach park directly by the ocean. We got up...

"This was a good place for us. we needed a sleep and shower here place. It like a mother in law sweet. Cute neighborhood. We were there for a weekend fishing trip so it was just that. They are still working on this place as a newer Vrbo I think they are on the right track. It was clean. It’s not flawless, but that’s the working on thing. "We have stayed at a lot of properties around the world and this is, by far, our favorite. I have always said that I will only stay somewhere right on the beach, but this property changed my mind. Rachel and Stephan have created such a special place that we will keep coming back. From the really private beach (with a very cool trail), to the vibe and all the little special touches - it is just perfection. "

"Place was clean and a close distance to everything, about 10 minute drive. Place includes the side house near the marsh and apartment above the garage. They had a baby gate that can be put up to block the stairs if you have an infant "

"This is a lovely cottage with an impressive roomy bathroom and clean kitchen with new appliances. The private back patio is a great spot to relax and the parking spot has direct access to the street. Overall I enjoyed our stay here particularly how quiet it was. The host replies quickly and is very friendly and helpful. "

"The whole concept of a detached bungalow is great; very quiet, private and relaxing. My only complaint was that the unit was rather dirty… windows and screens were filthy. Mirror was terrible as well. Carpet needs cleaned or replaced. Refrigerator has stains on the front of it that were pretty gross looking for in the eating area. Convenient to all of the activities we had chosen. "

"Had a challenging stay all in all. Great staff, good breakfast buffet, decent parking and decent rooms a side from the lack of cleaning under the beds. I unfortunately had water coming from the upstairs bathroom into mine - felt like the ceiling could fall down any minute. I also had a neighbor who smoked marihuana, had loud music on, yelling and screaming. It took several warnings before they got kicked out of their room. That’s not good when you bring a toddler and an infant. Fair play to the hotel for refunding one of my nights. But all in all, a challenging stay."

"OK hotel til pengene, men heller ikke mere end det. Puderne var alt for høje og sengen ikke super god. Godt læselys ved sengen. Værelserne er total blottet for hygge. "
