THE SHORE, THE SWELL and THE DRIFT join forces for groups that need real space — three four-bedroom, three-bath homes that sleep 24 altogether (eight per home), each in the same easy coastal style with private patios and saltwater plunge pools (heated on request).



The trio sits just off Center Street, a short walk from the beach and the made-over Folly Beach Pier. Brunch at Rita’s Seaside Grille, island plates and Cuban coffee at Chico Feo, oceanfront sips at Pinky’s on the Beach and a slice from Woody’s are all steps away, with Bert’s Market on hand for late-night snacks.



The Space:

Each home follows the same layout:

• Primary suite — king bed, spa-style en-suite (upstairs)

• Queen room + room with a pair of twins — share a second full bath

• Queen guest room — private full bath (main level)



Each home’s main floor opens into a bright living area with a smart TV that leads out to the patio, plus a fully equipped kitchen, a casual dining spot and in-home laundry.



Set side by side (and across the courtyard), the three live as one — 12 bedrooms, nine full baths, three kitchens and three pools, with easy room for 24.



Guest Access:

Off-street parking at every home, plus each home’s private patio and saltwater plunge pool.

You are located just two blocks from the sparkling Atlantic Ocean, making morning surf sessions or sunset strolls an effortless part of your daily routine. A short walk down the shore brings you to the iconic Folly Beach Pier, a local landmark perfect for fishing or taking in panoramic coastal views. When you are ready to explore the local scene, the vibrant heart of Center Street is just steps from your front door. You can start your day with fresh coffee and pastries at Center Street Coffee, enjoy unique island plates and Cuban coffee at Chico Feo, or head to Lowlife Bar for a laid back brunch with craft cocktails. With a variety of local shops, surf boutiques, and casual dining options within easy walking distance, you have the best of the island lifestyle right at your fingertips.



Getting Around:

We provide complimentary off street parking right in front of the property, making it easy to arrive by car and explore the island at your own pace. While Folly Beach is best enjoyed on foot or by bicycle given our prime location just steps from the ocean and Center Street, visitors typically fly into Charleston International Airport, which is approximately a thirty minute drive from the home. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area if you prefer not to drive during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

The saltwater plunge pools can be heated on request (additional fees apply)



Want the full compound? A fourth home joins the group across the courtyard for up to 32 — a natural fit for weddings, family gatherings or any large group that still wants its privacy.
