Dette 4-værelses condo ferielejlighed, der er fuldstændig renoveret i 2018, kan prale af tre konge senge ud over nye overdådige dobbelt XL senge! Lejligheden har en vidunderlig havudsigt fra hulen og soveværelset balkon. Charleston Oceanfront Villas ligger kun en halv kvarter fra Centre St. restauranter og butikker. Al det sjove ved Folly er kun en kort gåtur væk!

Denne enhed ligger på første sal, så selvom der er to elevatorer på ejendommen, er der også let og hurtig adgang ved at tage trappen. Der er tv i alle fire soveværelser og hulen med kabel i to værelser og Roku tv'er i alle andre. Det fuldt udstyrede køkken har granitbenke og helt nye apparater i rustfrit stål.

Charleston Oceanfront Villas er perfekt til familie-uge på stranden, udflugter til piger og golfudflugter. Det er en førsteklasses mulighed fra ferieboliger på Folly Beach. Nyd sugen i kystvinden eller Carolina-solen fra din ekspansive balkon ved havet eller fra to swimmingpools ved havet (åben sæsonbestemt fra april til oktober). Vandre i sandstrandene på Folly Island eller slentre de lokale butikker på Center St. kun få skridt fra din villa. Besøg Folly Beach Fishing Pier for at prøve lykken for nogle friske søpriser. Ingen bider? Intet problem. Saml gruppen og kør mod den funky og sjove "downtown" dårskab til en god lokal middag eller levende musik og dans. Besøg øparken med en legeplads eller se sejlbåde sejle forbi fra Folly River dock. Besøg historiske Charleston for dagen? Gå ad Charleston-batteriet, udforske markedet, picnic i Waterfront Park, eller tag en hestevogn gennem Den Hellige By. The property was nice and the location was great. Everything inside was clean. Staff was responsive. Location was close to restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Beach was beautiful. Issues: TV/Cable service didn’t work even after staff tried to figureit out. Construction was literally next door so our view was obstructed by a scaffold and large machinery was parked below our balcony. Outside balcony area was dusty probably from construction.

The condo was in a great location and was nicely appointed. The host provided everything you could need in the kitchen. The only complaint was the ongoing construction. It was noisy beginning at 8 a.m. and was constant throughout the day as you would imagine with construction. One evening we came in from being out all day and the condo smelled very strongly like fresh paint which I am assuming came from the exterior work being done on our end of the condos. The elevator on our end was shut down due to construction so it created more of a challenge to get our luggage and other items to where we were staying. Overall, the place was nice. It was in a good location that was easy to get to and had plenty of amenities. We'd definitely be willing to stay again after construction is complete.

We are not happy with our stay or experience We brought our mother who has trouble walking because we thought you had working elevators. It was not a relaxing vacation due to construction going on right outside of our balcony that we were not expecting. We had to use towels to soak up water from the ac unit drip pan so it would not overflow and cause the ac not to work properly. We had to call maintenance to remove a dead rat directly below our balcony. TV’s didn’t work, they did bring a new tv for the living room but none of the bedrooms had a working tv. Poor internet service, wifi was in and out. On our last day there, someone set off the fire alarm. This caused the only working elevator to be shut off. We witnessed the fire department having to come out and carry an elderly man in his wheelchair up 4 flights of stairs to his villa because he had been sitting outside for over an hour waiting for the elevator to be repaired.It’s very disheartening to pay so much money(5000.00) and not be able to enjoy our vacation and relax.

We had an awesome time. The condo was very nice! The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, utensils and cookware. It was also centrally located to everything( we walked everywhere). The view was amazing and we loved sitting on the balcony enjoying a meal listening to the waves! We also enjoyed watching the surfers, dolphins, sand pipers, brown pelicans and wind surfers! We can not wait to return for another visit! The only critique I have is regarding the Vayk gear credit you had to place the reservation 48 hrs prior to arrival.. we were at the unit for 3 weeks and wanted to rent the bikes but the HOA did not allow bike rentals, we did not let that ruin the trip, just wish the credit was more flexible!

Loved our family getaway here. Great view. Despite the fire alarm of the entire complex going off at midnight our first night there, we had a great time. Our three boys loved being able to walk right out to the beach. The adults loved all the dining options within walking distance. Everything was clean and for the most part well organized. A little disappointed to open the Sorry game box only to find the main board was missing. Fortunately, one of our adults was wise enough to bring several fun games we enjoyed in the evening. The biggest disappointment was only having one fob to get into the beach or pool area available. It was a challenge organizing trips back and forth among three families with only one fob.

We loved the space, everyone had a comfortable bed and 3 bathrooms made getting ready very easy. Right on the beach and a short walk to center street in Folly or an Uber away from downtown Charleston. Great quality amenities too!

This property was perfect for our family of 7. Easy Beach access, very clean, and lots of walkable restaurants and shopping. Short drive to lots of Charleston attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Sand Fort. The villa wasa very clean and well kept. The location was perfect to walk to local restaurants and shops. I give it a 5/5 but the only suggestion I have is to replace the mattress in the master bedroom. It has a dip in the middle causing both sleeper to roll to the middle.

We loved our stay at the beginning of November. The condo was comfortable and everything we needed for our girls trip. A couple things to note, the pool is closed starting in November—we didn’t realize it would actually be locked and unavailable to sit by—this wasn’t a big deal, just something to be aware of. Also, this rental is a hard key entry, which requires you to go to a rental office to pick up the keys and drop them off at the end of the stay. (Again, not a big deal, just something to note.) The view of the ocean was wonderful. We loved sitting on the patio and watching the waves. This condo is within walking distance of everything in Folly and was a perfect location. We loved our stay and hope to come back!

While we enjoyed our time at Folly Beach, this property should not be listed as newly renovated as I believe this is misleading. I understand rentals get a ton of wear and tear and this one isn’t an exception. Much of the furniture was in need of a good cleaning and repair. The dishwasher door is a safety hazard for small children as is one of the balcony chairs. The property pools were extremely dirty regardless of day or time of day. It was difficult to secure a cart to load as the maintenance and cleaning crew were using many of them. We had one parked outside our door with the new linens for turnover in it for over 1 day. The cleaning company showed up before 9:30am - checkout is 10:00am. Thankfully we had just finished packing up. On to the positives- We definitely had plenty of space for our family of 8 and found the kitchen to be well stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, cookware, etc. Our bed was very comfortable, as were the sofas and chairs in the living room area. The table accommodated our family well for meals. Appliances worked well. Location is walkable to restaurants, shops , etc. We loved that there are three king sized beds and a bathroom for each (one serves as a Jack and Jill - worked for our family) and provided the privacy we desires. Check in and checkout was very easy and the office was conveniently located and staff seemed friendly.
