"Perfect crash pad for a St. Pete visit. As others noted, the dock isn't attached to the property, but it's literally right across the street; you see the water and dock from your front door. "We were a bit disappointed with the accommodations…but it was an okay place to stay for one night, was overpriced as we were able to find nicer cleaner accommodations a little bit north of this location at a better price. I don’t regret staying here but will not book again."

The “shared bathroom” clause is supposed to have you assume you will be sharing the place with the elderly woman that lives there and whatever guests she has in another room. The studio was incredibly clean, stocked with kitchen essentials, bathroom with shampoo, and wash. I didn’t need to request anything because it already had everything I needed. There is only an air fryer, microwave and electric skillet in the closet. She will take care of anything you need. Can’t beat the price. And the pool is kept clean. "
