"Very friendly staff and generally a nice hotel. If you come by car, this is a very convenient place to stay, very different from other more boutique style hotels in Flores. We had booked one room for a family of four, but the room with two double beds is very small, and can only be recommended for families with small children without a lot of luggage. Breakfast is continental, but with nice fruits added to it."

"All staff members were friendly, attentive and accommodating. There’s free transportation to Flores available by boat before 8 pm, and for a small fee boat will transport you to surrounding areas after hours. I scheduled the boat at 2:30 am to make it to Flores for my tour to Tikal and for 3 consecutive nights to pick me up after dinner. They also have a complimentary use of 2 kayaks. I used a kayak to visit a museum in Isleta Santa Barbara, and just for fun around the island. Food is also...

"This is a hidden gem in Flores. If you want enjoy Flores but are worried about the noise - there are plenty of loud bars and dogs there - this is the perfect spot. It is a private island with one hotel consisting of four rooms, each its own cabin. The five minute boat ride to and from town is provided free by Gustavo anytime you ask. Your deck is 10 feet off the shore line. I am going back!"

"The most comfortable beds in all of Guatemala and finally quiet. There were ant crawling throughout the hotel and mold on the bathroom ceiling, but the staff was so friendly we nearly forgot about it."
