Spacious apartment in minimal style, located in the central stree of Via dei Tavolini, few minutes walking from Piazza Signoria, Piazza della Repubblica and Piazza Duomo, in a street full of shops and delightful restaurants and bistrots. The apartment is located on the third floor without a lift. It has a bright living room with dining table and sofa, a separate and well-equipped kitchenette, 4 bedrooms, two of which are doubles and two singles (all the rooms have single beds and two of them cna be prepared with double beds). The apartment has a washing machine, wifi and air conditioning. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the second with a bathtub, it is a very useful apartment for families and groups of friends.

Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged.. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
