Dejligt hotel beliggende i en stille del af byen, hvor man kan virkelig slappe af og føler sig velkommen. Mit værelse var hyggeligt, meget rent og pænt, ikke særligt stort, men til gængeld med en terasse og med jaccuzi i badeværelse. Morgenbuffeten var god, varieret, inkluderet i prisen og serveret på en meget hyggelig, lille restaurant med en perfekt service. Kort sagt: meget god kvalitet, intim stemning og en perfekt service.

Fantastisk dejligt stille og roligt hotel. Komfortable og rene værelser. Dejlig morgenmad. Eneste anke er, at hotellet tog 5,5 euro pro persona ( vi var 8 familiemedlemmer) for at booke billetter til Uffizi'erne,

Behageligt hotel i stille ambassade kvarter 10 min. gang fra centrum. I august var der kun få andre gæster og medarbejdere på hotellet.

Gammelt, småt og nedslidt!
Hotellet der pryder sig med 5 stjerner, må siges at pryde sig med lånte fjer. Jeg bookede tre junior suiter for en nat idet vi var syv personer, suiterne var meget små, møbleringen meget gammel og badefaciliteterne, ikke fungerende - glimrende med spa og ti brusedyser, men når samme spa ikke virker og kun fire af de ti brusedyser ikke er til kalket, ja så få det en modsat rettet indflydelse. Der var ingen opredning ved aften tide, ej heller opfyldning af mini-bar.Toppen af kransekagen var, da jeg skulle bruge mit gratis Wi-FI, men ikke havde en Googlemail men kun en professionel mail, ja så var det ikke gratis længere, så skulle jeg betale for min 'gratis Wi-Fi - helt igennem en elendig oplevelse. Hotellet kan maksimalt skure sig op på fire stjerner - en heldig dag.

Smukt og lækkert - men ikke imponerende
Smukt & smagtfuldt med fine værelser og faciliteter i godt kvarter. Pris er også i top, og med højprofileret standard undrer det, at morgenmad er 150 kr./person oveni, og internet afregnes med 14 €/døgn, hvor det på mindre prestigefyldte hoteller er inkluderet. Et værelse til to voksne & en 15-årig bestod i et dejligt værelse med god sovehems til os, men til junior KUN en sammenklappelig, alt for kort campingseng - slet ikke acceptabelt, når der beregnes fuld pris for 3. person. Senere tilbud om eget rum afvist, da det lå for langt væk fra os. Badeværelsets marmorvægge var revnet og brusekabinen utæt = med vådt, glat gulv. Skønt ment som en service med venlige hilsener og chokolade på sengen om aftenen, føltes det som en indtrængen, at der havde været personale inde på uventede tider - ikke så rart, og chokoladen & de opbyggelige hilsener var vi fint foruden for at opretholde et privatliv. - Med en garagepris på 30 € /døgn oven i det andet er det samlede indtryk, at det var smukt og velindrettet, men at der er god plads til eftertanke og forbedringer i f.t. de ambitiøse udmeldinger. Vi vil ikke vende tilbage, men satse på et hotel, hvor f.eks. junior på 178 cm. kan få en rigtig seng og morgenmaden er inkluderet eller ligger på et mere realistisk niveau end den dyreste hovedret på restauranterne. Reklamerer man med / tager betaling for luksus og æstetik, skal begge dele være i orden

Staff are above and beyond to address my request. For example one night there was a heavy rain and I couldn’t get taxi from my app, the hotel staff shelled me to get a cab quickly. Hotel has a nice setting and a beautiful courtyard. Location is convenient and close to the main attraction area. The property is a bit old and has a smell in the room because the window is small and there were a lot of mosquitos in Italy so I couldn’t get rid of the smell. I was told by a friend the smell is quite typical in Italy because the buildings are usually pretty old. Maybe the hotel can consider adding screens to windows so guest can open the windows to let air circulate. This will help. Other than that I have no complains

Wonderful stay. Beautiful grounds and rooms are lovely. It’s nice to be in such a regal looking hotel for a change as compared to the mostly modern minimalist decor.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for 14 days and loved the experience! The staff from top to bottom were first class and treated everyone as a special customer. Nice property but felt a little cold. Bathtub was split in two by a wall and tub leaked all over floor. Kinda far to walk to bridges and restaurants. Nice staff and courtyard.

Avoid this hotel!!
Staff was rude on arrival. Our bathroom show was full of black mold. Hotel was full until the next day when we finally got moved to a clean room. Housekeeping the second day either threw away or stole our packages from Hermes and Gucci. Miraculously they were found hours later in their "dumpster". Was offered no consideration or sincere apology. The lobby and courtyard were nice.

Our stay at this hotel was horrible. In the first room that they gave us the Airconditioning made a loud screeching sound. In the second room, the ac did not work. For $550 euros a night they didn’t even provide coffee in the room. When speaking to the desk staff they appeared bothered rather than helpful.

It was outside the busy tourist area of Florence but also an easy walk to the all the main sites tourists would want to visit. It was where we met our tour guides from Trek Travel; they chose a great location. We had an excellent dinner there one night and the breakfast spread was awesome also. The only downside was the whirlpool tub and shower combo were a bit clumsy to maneuver in and out of but other than that it was great!

The hotel was beautiful and room was excellent. Floors were very slippery, almost dangerously so. We loved that there was a bar and restaurant on site. Service was very slow making it hard to actually use the bar.

When I checked in I was told the breakfast was included. When I did have my breakfast I was charged for it.

Great hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast area was very pretty and relaxing. Great location- quiet and easily walkable to main sights.
