This gorgeous 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, third floor apartment (with elevator) in the centre of Florence has everything you'll need to stay comfortably and safely. The entrance of the building with Renaissance statues will leave you breathless. Please note that from the elevator to the apartment door, you will need to go through 6 steps down and 6 steps up.
The entire apartment has been fully renovated in 2022 and decorated with attention to details and refined taste for design furniture and comforts. The earthy color palette of the apartment creates a warm, pleasant atmosphere.

The space is clean and practical and accommodates up to 6 people, but I recommend either 4 adults and 2 children, or 5 adults, to fully enjoy the space.
It's located on the third floor of a historic building with elevator and comprises:
- a lovely and bright living room ( with 1 double sofa bed
) which opens onto a fully equipped kitchen creating a lovely open space.
- a spacious master bedroom with good storage space and Queen size bed
- a second bedroom with a sofa bed that opens in a real double size bed. This bedroom has a sliding wall that can be opened to create a lovely open space. One wall has original affrescos.
- 2 bathrooms with shower (one en-suite)
The unit comes with air conditioning throughout the whole space, flat screen television, a Fiber Option WiFi connection.

A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, ecc. plus the addition of a washing/ dryer machine.
The apartment has all the comforts that a house can offer, quiet and stylish it's ideal for a comfortable stop during the visit of the beautiful Florence.
Absolutely great for a family or a group of friends.

Access
Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM
As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.
