Gracious apartment, distributed on several levels, you enter and from the entrance you climb 14 steps to access the living room with partially separate kitchenette, a double bedroom (there are two single beds that can be joined) with fireplace and bathroom on the same floor, complete with tub and shower. Climbing another 14 steps leads to the upper level where there is another bedroom with 2 single beds (they can be joined into a double) and a bathroom with shower. The apartment has wifi and air conditioning in the bedrooms, washing machines and dishwashers, it has plenty of space to store suitcases. It is recommended for families and groups of friends, it is a 10-minute walk from the Duomo and the Accademia Gallery Museum, an area of the historic center less crowded with tourists and close to the Public Gardens of Piazza d'Azeglio.

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
