Behov for bedre Management og rengøring
Hotel 25 Hours har formentlig mange gode intentioner om at blive et trendy hotel. Og måske afspejler vores bedømmelse vores specifikke oplevelser på hvad er vurderet som et 4-stjernet hotel. Hotellet var efter vores opfattelse dyrt i forhold til vores tidligere oplevelser med 4-stjernede hoteller i Firenze på denne årstid. Ved ankomsten blev vi gjort opmærksom, at der ingen bagageservice var til at hjælpe os, hvilket for os som seniorer absolut ikke var hjælpsomt. Vi kom så til vores classical room, som viste sig at være benævnt hell room og holdt i helt mørke farver. Da vi med vores lys fra mobil telefon lyste op, så vi manglende rengøring i form af beskidte servietter og en stor tæt hår i sengen. Den manglende rengøring afspejlede evt at belysningen ikke fungerede. Efter inspektion blev vi lovet et nyt rum næste dag afspejlende manglende rengøring og defekt belysning. Vi anmodede om et lysere rum, som vi fik mod ekstra betaling med et beskedent nedslag i prisen. Hvis hotellet blev opgraderet med en mere imødekommende Management og rengøring kunne hotellet evt leve op til det, der stilles i udsigt, da lokaliseringen i Firenze er god. Ove

25hours hotel Firenze er virkelig en perle, når det kommer til indretning og tema. Hvert hjørne af hotellet emmer af kreativitet og smart design. Fra de farverige vægge til de unikke møbler, er der virkelig tænkt over hver eneste detalje. Det er som at træde ind i en verden af kunst og fantasi. Personalet i receptionen er intet mindre end fantastisk. De byder dig velkommen med et stort smil og er altid klar til at hjælpe med ethvert spørgsmål eller anmodning, du måtte have. Deres venlighed og professionalisme gør virkelig oplevelsen uforglemmelig. Standen på værelserne er også i topklasse. De er rene, velholdte og komfortable. Du kan virkelig se, at der er blevet lagt stor vægt på detaljerne for at sikre, at gæsterne har en behagelig og afslappende oplevelse under deres ophold. Desværre var jeg en smule skuffet over maden i restauranten. Selvom priserne var høje, var smagen og præsentationen af retterne desværre ikke imponerende. Jeg håbede virkelig på en kulinarisk oplevelse, men det faldt desværre igennem. Dog var servicen i restauranten okay. En anden ting, der kunne forbedres, var skiltningen af indgangen. Det var lidt forvirrende at skulle gå gennem caféen for at finde indgangen. En tydeligere skiltning ville være meget nyttig og spare gæsterne for forvirring. Alt i alt var mit ophold på 25hours hotel Firenze en positiv og mindeværdig oplevelse.

It was an experience to stay here the hotel is fantastically designed. The lobby and reception are beautiful, the staff are helpful and inteligent. The bar is wonderful and lively with great cocktails and service. The bakery cafe out from is a delight. The rooms are like no other I have tried They have a joggers' corner with maps water and towels for those that are interested and plenty other things that just make your stay a delight

Pretty average for the price. Terrible housekeeping and only one towel per room? Staff in the restaurant were unfriendly. The area is convenient to a lot of attractions.

We absolutely loved our stay at 25hours in Florence. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It also had a great cafe, bars and restaurant on the property. Only complaint was that our towels were not refreshed after our first night, but other than that would stay here again.

Very special Hotel with unique decoration, lots of amenities. Location is excellent near the train station. It has a big underground parking that is not common in the area. Would definitely book again.

Excellent hotel. So different and distinct in styling. Loved the red bedroom. Bathroom products were excellent and nice touches with some complimentary treats. The lounge area was nice to relax in after a long day sightseeing, with a glass of Prosecco. Great location. Would definitely come back.

Great and quirky hotel with very friendly staff. Only had 1 meal at the hotel which was ok but preferred to eat out. Gym facilities were excellent but got very busy in the morning. Size of balcony was disappointing, room for 1!

We stayed in Hell. It was hilarious. Really good fun and completely whacky. Hotel is really convenient for all places of interest. Staff were outstanding. Will definitely stay again.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were in excellent condition, nice and spacious as well as being decorated to a high standard. The addition of a free mini bar was an excellent added bonus too! All other facilities at the hotel were well maintained, including the gym, sauna, and also the cinema, which made the experience even better. We did not have any food whilst at the hotel, however, we did have a drink, and the drink and service were again to a high standard. The location of the hotel was excellent: very near the centre/ central tourist attractions, near plenty of restaurants/ shops, and also not far at all from the station. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!!

Overall, you cannot go wrong with a 25Hours hotel. My only complaints would be that the thermostat was difficult to configure, and I wasn’t able to reduce it from 23c, making the nights a little uncomfortable. Additionally the pillows on offer are all soft and large, not great if you’re used to slightly firmer ones, as they did not offer any alternatives. Otherwise, the property itself is great; quirky, unique, well kept. Good facilities, nice dining areas, a great cafe and bakery.

No. 1 Florence hotel
I have stayed in many Florence hotels over the years and this is my favourite to date. Good location close to the station. Good size bedroom, very clean, modern and quiet. Lovely breakfast, good bar and friendly staff.

A Great Stay in Hell!
What a fun hotel! We stayed in hell, of course, and it couldn't have been cooler! The room was spacious, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was amazing! The only cons were our shower leaked, but we didn't know until we got ready to pack up and leave...and everything we'd stored next to the shower was soaked... Also, apparently in hell the gym is heated, so if you're going in there, beware. It was so hot!

25 hours
25 hours is a fun hotel in Florence! We stayed in the “hell” side and found the rooms to be comfortable and clean. The mini fridge was also stocked and free for guests with local goodies - we really enjoyed the local chocolate. Downstairs was also complete with a cafe, restaurant, and shopping which we enjoyed. The only item of note is the shower is directly in front of the toilet (not sure if this is all rooms or just our room) but the water went everywhere). Overall, I’d stay here again!
