Just a warning.. if you get on the chaise lounge you’ll not make it to the bedroom because it’s extremely comfortable and the views are so dreamy. This will be my continued place of refuge"

"It was clean and welcoming but be advised there is no water there. That wasn’t why we were there. I appreciated the little touches like snacks and coffee pods. The house is secure but it is Putnam County FL so it was a mixed neighborhood. Thank you Kimberley, it was the base we needed. "

"We come to saint Augustine often. We think of this old town city as our second home. We usually stay on the matanzas river. So glad we found this place on the saints john’s river. The setting is very beautiful as well as the home. We like to fish and caught a bunch! Our dog appreciated the backyard for some frisbee fun. We took advantage of the outdoor pizza oven as well. I can’t say enough about this home. W enjoyed staying here that we decided to stay an additional night. We will...

"This stay was our seventh since 2020.As I have said in prior reviews, I grew up in Jacksonville. I am very familiar with this area. If you are looking for an excellent North Florida lake experience, you search is over.This is an excellent place to stay. BTW, we don't think the photos do it justice, as beautiful as they are."

"Great location on the lake! Lots of outdoor space for yard games and the pup. Nice canal with a large boat dock and a small dock that was perfect for some quiet fishing time. The house was very clean and well kept. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for 2 adults and 6 teenage boys. Not a lot of cookware or serving dishes, but boys don’t care anyway.
