"We booked this property for a girls trip. Leading up to the trip I had reached out to the host to request an early check in. The host took days to reply but eventually was kind enough to offer a 2 hour earlier check in. After that we never heard from the host. The day of our check in we received no information on how to access the property so I reached out and asked. "Very poor property, low maintenance No air conditioning, Missing window screens as the owner described there’s no need for air-conditioning, but most of Windows screens were missing and broken. We Couldn’t leave the windows open as well due to flies.and when I reached out to the owner for more fence and explaining how hot might be inside before my trip. She suggested that we should sleep in the basement instead of the bedrooms. I got the feeling they did it by purpose so that nobody uses...

"The property is located in a great spot- a quiet street close to the water, and within a good driving distance to the Blue Mountains and Collingwood. The cottage is very well maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The large fenced in yard is a huge bonus when travelling with dogs. The communication with the homeowner was amazing- he was easily accessible, and reached out to us as well to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. My family and I definitely recommend...
