"We booked this last minute for a quick girls getaway. We wanted something away from but convenient to Duval. This was perfect. Tucked on a quiet street sat this wonderful place. It was private, comfortable, easy to get to everything and best of all was the swimming pool courtyard. We enjoyed days out and about and evenings with some prosecco in the pool. It would be easy to rent bikes and ride everywhere, but these two post-menopausal mamas were hot...so we rented a golf cart from Minty's....

"Place was very clean, beds were super comfortable. Did not love the loft style room due to privacy and Duvall can be loud at night (although it isn’t at the very busy end of Duvall). Although it’s very large. The second bedroom is very small but bed is comfortable. Communication was very good. "

"Had a wonderful stay here, perfect for two couples traveling. The complex was clean and safe and they provided a free shuttle to Old Town Key West which was a huge savings since we didn't need to pay for parking or Uber. I would be happy to stay here again for my next visit!"

"This rental was great. It had two full or queen size beds upstairs, which was a bonus. The whole little complex was just adorable. Gated with the security code to enter. The pool was small, but just perfect for the complex and for adults. It was a short walk to everything you could possibly want to do. We did not even have a car the entire time we were there. Would definitely recommend this place."

"Stayed here in late February/early March. Walkable to Duval street but far enough away to have more peaceful evenings . This back unit is quieter than the other units that face White street. The patio is nice as it is very large and faces the pool. The kitchen has a fair amount of storage space although cooking equipment is mostly basics. "
