"This is the cutest little property. Very cozy and inviting. It was nice to be out of downtown St.John’s but still within walking distance. Quidi Vidi is a perfect little community. All the amenities we needed were in the room. They even had ground coffee for us ready to go, however I thought it to be unsanitary to have the little scoop left in the container. Not sure when the last time that was washed. My only real complaint was the sub par cleanliness. I ended up buying a pack of Lysol wipes...

"There were not enough towels for 2 people nor enough bedding. When I called about this I was told that they'd bring more the next day!! The place might have been fine if there was appropriate basics. The upstairs sofa bed is barely even a bed and is just a foamy. The interior needs more repair. Stairs were not safe and are just layers of plywood that are separating. We wound up going over to the Sheraton and stayed there instead. They saved our trip!!! Now I have to try a get my money back. "Very happy with our accommodations, the place was super clean, everything that we needed (or might need) was provided, and it was a very comfortable place to stay. It's reasonably close to downtown, easy walking distance to the George St. area.All in all, we would definitely stay here again if we're ever back in St. John's."

"Onur is an amazing host! His 3 storey rental is ideal for families or friends travelling together. Hospitality, communication and cleanliness are top notch. The place gives a real taste of what living in St John's would be like. The view from the 3rd floor bedroom is great! Overall this rental would be 10 out of 10 as it is very convenient to walk downtown but away from all the noise.
