"Port of Calls was amazing, we loved our stay and will definitely be returning. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I had 1 special request for the clear kayak photo shoot, for my birthday and they went above and beyond to ensure it happened. Port of calls is the perfect location and accessible to nightlife, the beach, and nice eating places. The room was nice and clean and staff was available for assistance with any request that we had. Thank you, Port of Calls for such a wonderful stay. "

"Beautiful hotel that’s off main strip. Although there is a distance from there but more quiet. The pool and the beach are clean and beautiful. I do hope there is improvement in servicing as we do experience staff members not responding nicely"

"We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Shore Club. This resort was elegant and relaxing with breath taking views. The staff was amazing and very helpful with even small requests. Our room was private and luxurious and very quiet. The grounds were extremely well done with multiple scenic pools and a hot tub on the beach. The free buffet breakfast in the courtyard was excellent and a great way to start the day. We travel alot and this was one of the most well run hotels I've seen in a long time....

Great location walkable to many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Wonderful overall. 20 minutes from airport so no wasted time. We’ll definitely be back. "

"New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. We pointed it out and housekeeper said it had been on maintenance’s radar for a while. However. Maintenance came in two days and repaired it completely. These are...

"My husband and I stayed here for a week celebrating our 30th Anniversary. It was a beautiful spot with a gorgeous view of Grace Bay. We were able to purchase a few groceries at the market and the room had everything we needed to make ourselves breakfast everyday to enjoy out on our deck. There was also a cooler bag in the room which we used to pack our snacks for the day as we explored the island. The view on the deck was spectacular! We were also left a lovely bottle of vino for our Anniversary...

"Northwest Point is a beautiful resort off the beaten path. If you're looking for a secluded, quiet, and affordable place to stay, look no further. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath villa as four adults and one child. It had ample space with a kitchen, washer/dryer, and a private patio. There were also 4 beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and umbrellas included that we took around with us all week. They also had a water cooler and bottle delivery which was incredibly generous. "I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. Expedia said they could not contact the hotel and did not refund my money. A service I didn't even use!! Hotel didn't move a finger to help.
