We had access to downtown via the shuttle to the sister property. The only downside was the shuttles air conditioning was broken and it was very hot."

Everyone at the front desk were great Michael and Merline became my best friends during my week vacation. The grounds were well maintained the whole time. The beach was stunning and there was always chairs and umbrellas and very clean. I would highly recommend "

"This is you sign to book Ritz. Everything was perfect, the beach is a DREAM , we dont even look the pool , the beach is a giant pool. The sunset is stunning, and the service was great. The food was amazing inside and outside the hotel. The island is no overpriced as people said , i mean i live in Miami, so the price are the same. "

"The shower head was something like a pool side wash off shower. That needs to be upgraded .Everything else was a plus!! The Jamaican young lady at the front desk was very vibrant her smiles lite the whole place up. I feel welcome. I will be back !!!"
