First of all, check in was confusing- we arrived at the hotel only to be directed to another address 2 blocks away by a sign by the locked door. We checked our bags at the main hotel because our room wasn’t ready and returned after a busy day to retrieve our bags and get our room keys and finally check into our room at the Maryland Inn. "Breakfasts were ok. Bar needs to be opened Earlier maybe 3:00. Housekeeping was sadly lacking. We stayed 5 nights. On the 3rd day we had to ask for towels and trash removal since household had not been there since check in. They came with towels and emptied trash, that’s all. Never had clean towels after that. Our, bathroom was never cleaned, no new beverage glasses provided at all. Bed never made entire stay. Informed front desk at check out. Clerk was nice and apologized."

Also, no water cups or towels in the fitness room. Parking wasn’t available so we had to go down the street. Not up to Hilton standards at all."
