"We stayed for 5 days for my sons Mcrd graduation, it slept all 8 of us and we brought a blow up for the extra sleeping space. Full kitchen and laundry room made our stay more comfortable. Super close to the park and a lil corner market that made last minute needs easy. Coffee shop around the corner was great and neighborhood was great. Will definetly make this our go to spot if it’s available. I will say this the house is a little older built in the 20s and the water pressure isn’t the greatest...

"House could have been cleaner. There was cobwebs and dust on walls ceilings and fans. Great house otherwise. Lots to do in it including pool table, ping pong and hot tub. Great closed in yard for our dog also!! All in all we would definitely stay here again.👍👍"

"Quaint upstairs bungalow located near beach and downtown shopping/bar area. We were not up to speed on the Ocean Beach vibe, but if you are looking for an old time, relaxed beach experience, this is for you. Apartment unit was well stocked. Nothing fancy, but its the beach! "The VRBO was as cute and clean as advertised. The owner was quick to respond to an issue we had. We were in San Diego to see family and could prepare a couple of meals in the fully stocked kitchen. We felt safe in the neighborhood The only negative was the busy 4 lane street in front. However, it tells you that in the information and we knew it was a busy street. I would highly recommend Sand Dollar Villa and would stay there again."

"Really nice black bottom pool that stayed really warm, the backyard is sheltered from the wind and gets nice sun throughout the day. The game room was super fun for our kids and the property is well appointed. It didn’t have wine glasses and I sent the property manager a note asking if they were somewhere I couldn’t see and they dropped off some new ones since they weren’t there, same day.
