"Reception ... the worst service I have ever encountered. Roof terrace is very small and therefore very crowded. Room doors to the corridors does not insulate sound very well, you can hear people having conversations when passing your room."

"Really nice place and location. Rental is well done and kept very nice. Only negative to be aware of is that parking is shared with other units so parking in front of the rental is not always available. But we never had too much trouble finding parking on the street nearby."

"There was no air conditioning and the property is directly across from a noisy bar, so you can choose to have all the windows closed and be hot or open the windows and be unable to sleep. The beds were futons with no sheets. The kitchen table and chairs were patio furniture. The sense of the place is the host putting in the bare minimum effort. It was a very disappointing experience and I recommend people instead stay at one of the many other places in the area."

"We really enjoyed the location—it was amazing! It was so close to the beach and the Belmont area, which made it easy to walk everywhere without having to use our car.One thing that caught us by surprise was that we didn’t see anywhere in the listing that mentioned there was no air conditioning, so we weren’t expecting that.The listing does mention that the garage is small, but even with our small car, we weren’t able to fit it inside.Before our stay, I asked about a high chair after the host...

"The location was perfect for me. Coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery store within 3 minute walk. Beach 1 minute walk. View and ocean sounds from bedroom and living room. It was secure and safe. The parking place made a great difference. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy San Diego and beach living."

"We have an excellent experience. The location was absolutely perfect. Right on the beach and boardwalk. Walking distance to Belmont and lots of little shops and restaurants. The host Eric was amazing. We saw him in passing as he was seeing to other units. He was so kind, he even bought some new boogie boards for the kids. We will definitely be back."
