"Close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood, very friendly host and neighbors. So nice to have access to beach gear and the great location made things so simple to walk to restaurants or grocery store. "

"This is our second summer doing a beach staycation. We enjoyed this property very much. It’s is very spacious and the kitchen is stocked with more kitchen gadgets than most rentals we have stayed in. Jon was very helpful and easygoing. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards, games, and toys for the kids. The condo is located near the widest part of the sand so I think it’s worth being mentally prepared for that trek across the sand. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and safe."

"Nice unit with stunning ocean views from the moment you walk in the front door. The balcony has accordion doors that fully open up to the Pacific breezes. The unit is about a 10-15 minute walk to all of the restaurants, so a great location a bit off the beaten path (Prospect Street) but still in an area that attracts a lot of visitors, especially on weekends. Stephanie was very engaged and allowed an early check in which was very helpful. An all around great experience!"

"Everything was great once we got there. We had to call VRBO who then had the property manager call us but that was about an hour before checkin. Frustrating. Eventually it all came together and we had great time. Beautiful views and amazing location. We parked our car and didnt move it for 4 days."
