"The room had issues in the toilet and also the ceiling broke and ended up ruining a pair of shoes from a leakage. The description of the pictures was not accurate to the room. I was supposed to have a suite and had one regular room with balcony."

"Dorothy and her mom was very nice and helpful. Expedia you all dropped the ball big time. The GM that was on duty Tuesday made no attempt to address my concerns or even talk to me and Declan who was another manager not on site made no attempt to address my concern.
