Shore hotels are never this clean and the staff are never this friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed here multiple times and it just keeps getting better. For reference I travel on average twice a month that requires a hotel stay and this place is the best."

"Previous guest’s food left in fridge. Room not serviced for four days despite asking reception. Breakfast well below standard, and two mornings there were serving problems from no staff to broken equipment. The whole place is run down, understaffed. I won’t be staying there again. The only saving grace is the beach position, but dozens of hotels in OBX have that. "
