"My bed was broken to the point where I was sleeping at an angle & The couch bed was nasty it had stains and dirt all over it , The bunk beds were like taking a trip to bar heaven it was truly a painful stay"

"We had a lovely stay at the Cottages and feel as though we found such a GEM of a place. We definitely hope to come back! It was absolutely perfect for us and the attention to detail was truly amazing. We appreciated the kitchenette to cook in. The outside sitting area was so perfect! We LOVED how close to the downtown area of Wolfeboro it was--the location is perfect. Nice and quiet, which we also appreciated. Thank you SO MUCH!"

"Well designed and maintained property. We enjoyed the little touches like the automatic nightlights and heater in bathroom. Wish we could have spent more time here but we attended the Deerfield fair. Highly recommended. "

"“Cozy”—accurate description, kind of tight inside. Host was extremely responsive, replaced broken toaster, but could not get microwave fixed during days we were there (part delivered, but it didn’t fit). Perhaps it was growth spurt due to weather, but weeds had really popped up in lawn. Hot humid weather while we were there, but minisplit HVAC handled it."

"Great place for a night. One minor issue we encountered was ran both space heaters on separate outlets (one in bedroom and one in kitchen) and kept popping one of the breakers so we could only run one space heater that was provided. "

"Host was responsive and the property was just close enough to enjoy laconia without a huge price premium. Its a simple cabin, but it did what we needed it to do. Gravel parking lot is not the best for motorcycles if i had to leave constructive feedback. Would rent again."
