First, there is only one key fob provided to enter the build, elevator, and apartment. This makes it difficult for a group who wants to divide up to come and go. "You get what you pay. The host was very responsive during our stay but not great before arrival. The bedsheets are of satin/silk material and were very uncomfortable for those who are sensitive to the texture. The host was not responsive to our request for other alternatives. We also didn't have any shampoo or conditioner upon arrival but the host was responsive and had them brought to our door promptly. "I called the host about the thermostat not working and he said he would get in touch with somebody, never heard back from him and the problem was never solved. There were two window air conditioning units that I cleaned the filters myself as they were not very efficient."

"The parking situation is pretty rough. You have to park a half a mile away from the property. The room looks very luxurious in the pictures. However, once you get there, it does show some age and you can hear the other guest from above and below at all night not to mention that the city sounds are in full effect horns and traffic all night long and it’s difficult to get the room dark"

"I didn’t expect it to have the separate rooms with the hallway, but it ended up being perfect. Everyone had privacy and their own bathroom. And the location was really great. The coffee shop down the street was excellent and not too far from good food and drink. There was a lot of traffic going to Wrigley and the airport, but being from Philly, we expected that. "

"The bathroom shower curtain would not stay up in place. The expandable rod did not stick to the shower tile and fell down after a few minutes regardless of how tight the rod was adjusted."
