"Breakfast was not the best. One day they were out of milk for the cerial.
Bathroom shower was not the cleanest.
Other than that the staff was nice and helpful. The front desk rep moved us to a different room because the fridge was not working."

"When we got there we found roaches in the room and the sheets were stained and the guy said there was Nothing that could be done because housekeeping was not there and didn't even agree to switch us rooms there was mold on the bathroom ceiling and there was no soap in the bathroom the pool was filthy and so was the area around it. Breakfast was ok but the potatoes were plain and dry but the staff seemed to walk to talk in another language when I brought this to there attention or when I came...

"Nice hotel. Good variety of hot and cold breakfast items, including the typical Texas shaped waffle iron 😊.
I have 4 stars because there were a few minor items in need of maintenance in our room. We gave a list at check out so hopefully those will be addressed.
Great location for exploring the north side of San Antonio. Close to shopping and lots of places to eat.
I usually take more pictures but I did get one of the amazing local inspired mural in the main lobby area."
