The staff did what they could.
But the AC not being available in any room due to it not being "the hot season yet" in May I don't get.
The restaurant in the hotel was shut down - even though it stated otherwise in their booklet.
The booklet was generally wrong, with everything from opening time, to parking prices.
Overall the Hotel seems to living off past glory, so it's okay, not great.

Wery nice hotel with helpful and the sweetest staff. Breakfast was alsow great.
We will for sure visit again next time we go to Antwerpen..
