"This place was fantastic. Great location. I wanted to have more of a “glamping” stay and our stay was just that. Outdoorsy feel yet still having amenities. We made s’mores by the fire pit and enjoyed the hot tub after a full day of hiking. My only remark for improvement were the beds. They were pretty firm. However, I know bed type is different for everyone. Communication was excellent! I’d definitely stay here again "

"The weather didn't cooperate which of course was not the property's fault. The bed was not very comfortable for me, a bit too firm, so it was tough for me to sleep well. Other than that, it was a great place with good people. We had an amazing trip and this beautiful property was warm & cozy."

"Our cabins was so nice, very clean, stacked with all the kitchen, bathroom necessities we needed. The rooms were all so clean and having that wonderful hot tub right on our deck was wonderful. It was so clean and temperature was perfect. All the coded to enter the cabin and hot tub worked, not problems there. The location was great, restaurants, store, gas, all within walking distance if needed and a few short minute ride into Estes Park main street and also to the National Forest. Most pleased,...

"It was a beautiful property, exactly as listed and for a fair price. Loved that it was close to town, but far enough away that it was more quiet and peaceful. We also got to wake up to elk just outside the back door area. The living room area was perfect to relax and watch TV while recouping from the days activities. My only con was that the counters were a little sticky when we arrived, but they were easy enough to wipe up with all the supplies available. Overall 5 stars, would definitely...

"Property is in a good location. House needs some maintenance and love. It was missing an outlet cover, recessed lighting is falling down. Bathroom sink drain was plugged. Internet and tv did not work for the first day. Oner got it fixed the second day. Overall we would stay here again. "

"Pinecone cottage is about 5 minutes to the Park and about 5 minutes to downtown Estes. There is a great view from the deck and we saw deer and heard elk bugling! The cottage was very clean. The owners let us a large welcome basket and thoughtfully supplied drinking water (the cottage has well water that is slightly yellow but doesn’t have any off taste). Overall, a very nice stay!"

"We were honored to be the first guests at this charming home on the outskirts of downtown Estes Park. The house has three bedrooms, each with its own dedicated bathroom (plus a half bath downstairs). It is located about 3 miles from the Beaver Meadows Park entrance and 3 miles from downtown Estes.
