"There was mix up with our room. Got cancelled without us knowing. Phoned to try and cancel but we were told we couldn't get a refund if we did even though it was within the time limit of cancellation. We obviously didn't cancel and rocked up to find the room that they allocated to us was occupied and we needed another room. Luckily there was one available but we had to pay at the time. "From the pictures and write up about this property I was expecting a very polished almost luxurious experience. However this was not the case. The room was not what I had booked and when I queried this I was given an explanation about pipes bursting and the original room was not available and that I should be happy that I was given an upgraded room.
