Villa Gecko is an impressive 4 bedroom villa with a large private pool and garden, as well as wonderful views of the open sea. It sits on the hillside, a few minutes' drive from the beautiful beach and the shops and restaurants in the centre of Santo Tomas. The house has a bright and airy interior, with several traditional features, and a living area on both levels with plenty of space to relax. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and ground floor lounge, plus WiFi are included.

Villa Gecko has wonderful views from its position, perched on the hillside above the sought-after resort of Santo Tomas. It only takes a few minutes to drive, or 20 minutes to walk, down the hill into the resort which has a good selection of shops and restaurants, and a beautiful, long sandy beach. The seafront promenade is a particular highlight, perfect for leisurely walks watching the sun set at night. There are also several family activities within the resort, as well as within a short drive.

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
