Thanks to Javin at front desk, restaurant waiter Wells, front desk Annie, lobby reception, Lilian, breakfast room, Miu and Mandy. A hotel can be clean, well located, reasonably priced, etc. These are things we expect from a 5* hotel but the people are what makes one hotel stand out from another. The standards followed by the people at this property are unparalleled elsewhere. "

"This is the best hotel that I have bin at in China. Everything just feel right from when you enter to you leave the hotel. The business room are fantastic, If i must say a negative thing then its the food prices, a normal burger at lunch is about US$ 30 and dinner is about US$ 100 for one person, thats bit expensive i think. Although the food prices was to high, I will certainly come back to this hotel, no doubt."

"My flight got delayed, so I had to change up my original plans. After talking it over, the hotel was cool with letting me cancel my booking for free. From the pics, it looks like a really chic and nice hotel. I’m hoping to stay there next time I’m in China."
