Tiki on the Bay is a small, inviting community located minutes from gulf front beaches, Historic Dearborn Street, and fantastic restaurants.

We are confident our completely updated 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home will fulfill all of your needs. As soon as you enter the property you will appreciate the tasteful design choices, and fully functional home.
Our kitchen is uniquely equipped with full size stainless steel appliances which includes a full size stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a comfortable dining area that seats 4.
The Primary bedroom is its own retreat with an inviting King size bed (with 4 storage drawers), a full-size closet, and your own ensuite bath. The bifold glass shower doors help enlarge the sense of space in the fully tiled shower.
The Living room is bright and sunny and has views of the bay from the comfortable seating areas. There is also a half bath (private and separate from the primary bedroom) a wall mounted flat-screen smart TV and a sofa bed couch to provide another sleeping option.
To meet any laundry needs, there is a full size front load washer and dryer available at the unit.
You can gather with other residents/guests in the shared common areas or escape in privacy to your own spacious paver patio with outdoor seating, dining table and Weber grill.

Tiki on the Bay also offers an updated heated pool, a fantastic bay front area with an awesome waterfront sundeck that provides front row seating for spectacular sunsets, and a dock-fishing pier. Please note that as of September 2024, repairs/construction are taking place on the dock-fishing pier making them nonassessable at this time.
Our assigned parking spot is right next to the Unit and guest parking spots are located throughout the property if needed.
Trailers are not allowed on the property at any time.

Finally, we want to take a moment to summarize our rules so this is a fantastic experience for everyone: No Pets, No Smoking, and No Parties/Conduct that may be deemed offensive. We also require the primary renter to be over the age of 35.
