The house sits on highly desirable Neptune ave and is only a short walk to North Countys best beaches, Beacons or Grandview. North County is home to some of the best surf breaks in the world . Enjoy the brand New outdoor Spa! The TV has Netflix for you to login into with your user name and account. The 101 is a 10 min short walk, and close to Restaurants, cafes, pubs and retail shops.

The Space:
10 min walk to the beach, bars and local restaurants. Neptune Ave is one of the most magnificent areas in all of Encinitas. The street is very quiet and friendly. With close beach access points to the north or south, take the short walk and enjoy the sand. You can’t beat this beach location — walk and bike to all Leucadia and Encinitas have to offer, Some of our favorite places along the historic 101 Highway: Le Papagayo, Regal Seagull, The Pannikin, Solterra, Lofty Coffee, Pandora Pizza, Leucadia Donuts and Fish 101. Encinitas is one of the last true surf towns in Southern California that enjoys a mix of classic surf shops, local taco stands and modern, upscale restaurants. Walk and bike along Neptune Avenue to local beaches such as Grandview, Beacon Beach, Stone Steps and Moonlight State Beach

Getting Around:
Walking around would be your best bet as everything is very close. Uber and lyft are very responsive to this property! Ride the brand new beach cruisers :) 2 available!

Other Things to Note:
Enjoy the brand New outdoor Spa! Plenty of street parking in front of the house, also uber and Lyft are very responsive to this area. You will find yourself wanting to walk everywhere to all the local hotspots that Encinitas has to offer. Famous Neptune Ave is great for the evening stroll and enjoying the breath taking sunsets. please no sand in the home, also please do not stain our bath towels or linens. trash day is early Monday. please bring the trash cans out to the street on Sunday evening.
The washer and dryer is located in the middle garage.
