"We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The location was absolutely perfect—close to the beach and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The home itself was comfortable, well-appointed, and as described.The host was excellent: responsive, friendly, and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable.The only area that could use some improvement is the housekeeping. "The casita was very clean and well-supplied, including coffee. The bed was very comfortable, and the location is also very nice and quiet, which was great for sleeping. There are a few hummingbird and other bird feeders in the backyard, so there is a lot of bird activity. Couple this with the sound of the fountain, and it makes sitting outdoors very relaxing. We also got a chance to meet Nancy (the host), who is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to...

"Even though Brad was remodeling the backyard when we stayed there, he made sure to have all amenities available like a fire pit, bbq, and my wife and I sat at a little table late night enjoying the ocean breeze.The studio in itself is perfect for a couple or even one person to sit, relax and breath some fresh air."

"Location/Space looks just like pictures posted. Beds were very comfy. The TVs in every room was a great bonus. AC worked great and house stayed cool. House was clean. Tip-bring your own pool towels. There were bath towel’s available. Also there was limited forks/spoons so if staying a longer period of time you might want to bring extra"

"Great place to vacation, very close to the beach with multiple beach entry points and walkable to all the restaurants in Carlsbad village. Hunter was a great host, very communicative and the place was very clean with all the amenities you could imagine. Will definitely be staying here again during our next Carlsbad trip!"
