-This home is located on the oceanfront on top of the bluff, with no direct beach access. This makes the property very private. There are multiple sand beaches and parks within close proximity of the home.

This home is located in a noise sensitive neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking.
