Check in was fine, room fine, comfortable, clean. Stayed 3 nights. Breakfast only 7:30-9:30am and gym doesn’t open until 7am. Worked out @7 and went down for breakfast @8:15, only thing left were bread options, eggs and bacon gone and was told they are not refilling. A bit disappointing. Room cleaning never came all three days. My last night I was woken by a young woman banging at my door @3:30am screaming for me to let her in. I was terrified. She kept banging and trying to get in for at least 15 minutes. I called the front desk for help. A man answered the phone, informed me that he didn’t actually work there, but was trying to check in but no one was working the desk. What?!?! I called the police, they came promptly, removed the woman, and checked back in with me again. It was the most terrifying 30 minutes, it was like I was in a horror movie. I had to check out @5:30am for a flight, no one at front desk when I left. Where is the security?! Where was the front desk this whole time?! I called later in the day to talk to hotel management. The front desk person rudely cut me off immediately , said I needed to talk to management and sent directly to voicemail. No return call, tried several times, to only get voicemail. Extremely dissatisfied, terrible experience, frightened for my life, it’s been 2 days, still no response from hotel. The pleas and crying from the woman (who I assume was high on something) still haunts me at night, and I’m not one to get scaredDon’t Stay Here
