"Very disappointed upon arrival to see the condition of the house. We left after only being there for an hour and were forced to stay in a hotel. The Host was not cooperative when messaging and claimed that the cleaning crew did not do a good job. We have asked for a full refund multiple times and the host has not responded. Unacceptable Examples The whole house had a distinct odor Trash can full of filth Floors we covered in grime and sticky film throughout Counter tops greasy Bugs/Flies...

"We had a short but truly special stay. Elizabeth and her team were kind, responsive, and supportive throughout. The host kindly accepted all our requests, helping us successfully complete our trip with a group of special children—may God bless them.The home was clean, peaceful, and perfect for recharging. My family and I had a small get together for a birthday party and everything was perfect.The only problem we faced was during check-in, we were not sent the code and had a bit of trouble contacting the host.
