"We had a wonderful time at Dorado Cottage. The place is spotless, very well appointed, and had excellent air conditioning. The pictures of the place DO NOT deceive. It was very hot and we loved being able to come into the air conditioned cottage when we couldn't bear the heat. "Absolutely loved our stay at the Boathouse. The host (Sarah) and staff (Lauchie) were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. The view from the main living space was incredible - having dinner on the balcony, overlooking Cameron Lake while the sun was setting was absolute perfection. "Great place to stay for the one night that we needed. The property is quiet and clean. The host was very communicative and responds quickly. "

"Property was easy to find. The location was not what i was expecting. The house is cute. Kitchen had basic utilities which suited our needs. No extractor fans in the kitchen or bathroom. We set the smoke detector off when we were cooking. You are not able to control the temperature in the house as there was no thermostat. I am assuming it was in the house next door. "This was a family reunion. .The home had everything and more to accommodate 9 of us comfortably plus one doggie.Kitchen was extremely well equipped far beyond our past vrbo experiences. " The unkept and neglected exterior led to a grubby interior. One of the plastic deck chairs was broken and unusable. Floors were dirty and left our socks grey; there was pink mould in the tub & shower stalls, black mould on the water level of one toilet and no one had cleaned the ceiling ventilation fans or behind the toilets in either bathroom.
