"A group of 16 stayed Aug 2026. The location of the home is perfect & private. The group enjoyed the beach & close proximity to Elk Rapids. The home is listed as a 7 bed, beware one of the bedrooms is a walk thru hallway for the upstairs giving that area very little privacy. It can be shut off but if you're looking for a 7th bedroom it is not ideal. We stayed during a cool weekend, but the air struggled to keep the house comfortable for sleeping, fans would help.
