"I would not stay in a downtown hotel in Sarasota again. There was really nothing to do. Of course Lido Beach and St Armand’s Circle were near but not within walking distance. I would have liked to get up in the morning and walk somewhere. I also didn’t like paying $50/day parking but there was no choice. Downtown is congested with traffic. I also didn’t like not even getting a free cup of morning coffee."

"Der er et ekstremt højt støjniveau på værelserne, dels fra gangen hvor vi kunne høre enhver dør, der blev lukket, dels fra naboværelserne, hvor andre beboeres snorken holdt os vågne. Vi boede der tre nætter og faldt aldrig rigtigt i søvn før ved tre tiden.
Restaurantens kapacitet er tydeligvis lagt an på sommerlige temperaturer, så ude servering kan praktiseres. Vi blev tilbudt et bord udendørs i 12 graders varme og en blæst, der nærmest slukkede terrassevarmeren.

"I want to commend Day Mgr John and each of his staff for their genuine desire to make their guests comfortable. I must admit that John went out of his way more than once for me and his efforts are greatly appreciated.
I had other responsibilities so I was not able to take advantage of the workout room or pool, but the light breakfast buffet was perfect for my needs. Thank you all. "

"Publix was across the street which made getting drinks and food without ubering it and a Taco Bell next door for those drunk munchies. Rooms were a little run down and bathroom small but you get what you pay for. Overall, it’s a place to sleep because we were out for the whole day and night. "

"I like the french/italian inspired interior, but it lacks some quality in the details. Great room, except for the bugs (had to kill 6-7 cockroaches before going to sleep). The breakfast was quite disappointing, juice and fresh water smells and tastes like swimming pool water, no healthy food options at all. The coffee quality and coffee choices not even close to what you would expect from any french or italian hotel."

"The Tiki Bar is everything! The bartender and the guests in the bar sang happy birthday to me and the drinks were awesome! I didn't like that I was originally assigned a room on the second floor. This property is motel style--No Elevators! The front desk staff changed me to a first floor accommodation without issue. All the staff were very welcoming."

"Arrived late after delays at airport, hungry and tired. The young man at the check out was so helpful, friendly and efficient. We were starving as we hadn't eaten since early am and luckily there were handy TV dinners he pointed out to me. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more ot the area.
