"My group of friends has stayed at this house twice now, once over NYE and now for a summer long weekend. The house has a great layout for multiple couples to spread out and all have some space. We rented kayaks and were able to have them dropped off prior to check in with permission from the owner."

"The house is welcoming, with several different seating areas inside and out. We particularly enjoyed the screened in porch and the chairs by the water. Kitchen is very well equipped. The property is about a mile and a half walk to St. Michael’s. The management company is quite responsive. "

"We all had a great time. The house had everything you could want: very large living areas, dining area, kitchen and super sized bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. 5 minute walk to the beach! Like other reviews a NEW lock box is needed….. VERY difficult and extremely awkward to use. One other thing, could you do something about the traffic leaving town on Saturday morning??? It took us 2 hrs to go 25 miles! "
