"It was fairly priced and a really good spot close to a train station and plenty of good food shops around! Plus a Woolies not even a rock throw away Place was quite clean I loved it had a good sized fridge and not a bar fridge like normal hotels . "This is an amazing location to stay when visiting Sydney. From the entrance to the building, you see the Oprah House framed by the Harbour Bridge. The ferry stop is within 100 meters which provides easy access to all of Sydney and beyond. The quiet neighborhood has many great restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. "This studio is centrally located. Easy walking to everything in the CBD. The check in and check out process was very smooth. The unit is a bit bare bones with some stains on the couch and carpet. And the AC is non-operational which I missed in the description and it was quite warm at night with just the fans. Overall though the unit was clean with a great location."

"Bob was a very friendly host who was very helpful. Our accomodation - a ground floor flat was well appointed. Lovely and warm with aircon and underfloor heating. Nicely set up for a quick weekend stay. Nice peaceful spot close to everything Manly. The off street parking was on a busy corner which made coming and going a bit daunting. Sadly the upstairs occupants were very noisy and noise insulation between levels was not perfect. "

"Apartment block was under maintenance during period of stay (Sept24) with scaffolding at front and back balconies raising safety concern as well as being unable to use the areas due to its condition. Building experienced private lifts problem during one night resulting in residents being unable to return to their for two hours until repairman solved the technical issue."

"We stayed in the apartment for a month awaiting the birth of our grandchild and helping with the care of the older child. The place was perfect for us providing the space we desired, a well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and a spectacular view. "Cleaning was not done after the last visit is moved out, along with the air-conditioning in the living room not working properly, the Internet was so slow it was faster to use the phone, and a lot of pigeon feces on the air conditioner for the second bedroom, the location was acceptable, this rental needs attention."

"Vi havde booked et værelse men udsigts til byen, virkelig smuk og med egen lille terrasse. Desværre var møllen til aircon også på terrassen, som larmede virkelige meget! Derover burde hotellet lydisolere værelser der ligger op ad elevator skakten, da vi kunne høre denne hele natten hver gang elevatoren skulle i brug. Men fantastisk location!"
