"Kristen's carriage house was perfect for us as we were in town for the Clinic. It is so close that we took a Lyft car anywhere we went, including downtown. The carriage house was quiet and in a nice area to walk. We discovered the Lakeview Cemetery and the Garfield Monument for an excellent hike. Kristen has furnished the carriage house with comfy furniture and beds, along with high end appliances and electronics. Highly recommend!"

"This is by far the best place we have stayed. Room for six of us to sleep, eat and enjoy the backyard, the house is spotless, well maintained and beautifully appointed. The view from the house and yard of the Lake is breathtaking. We played cornhole, made smores, and all settled in for a late night movie together. Very special place that helped make a special weekend spectacular. Thank you to Linda and Scott!"

"An absolutely beautiful place. Surrounded by nature in the back yard and so very quiet. But still within a short walk to a winery and a very short drive to like a million of them. Watching fireflies from the hot tub while drinking great wine from down the street, sums up the experience. Thank you! Will definitely be back."

"Nice house. Decorated nicely. It is an old place (thinking circa 1900), so going upstairs was a chore. The stairs are extremely narrow and steep. They did a nice job of making us feel welcome. The area is industrial, there were a lot of trains throughout the night. We did feel safe staying there. It is in a great location when it comes to exploring Cleveland. Very close to everything. All in all, we had a good stay. "

"The home owner was very responsive and offered ideas for places to visit with my grandchildren. The fenced backyard was nice. Lots of space for our 8 family members. The property was well kept and the neighborhood was very quiet. Super close to many shopping and dining options as well as being close to Cleveland. "

"The property was just beautiful!! The host and hostess was just amazing, so polite and friendly. The loft was everything I expected!! I made 2 blankets while I was there .. I didn’t use the electric!! Or battery light I saved it for my daughter and grandson for the last 2 days. And now I have not watched tv since I have been home. And I quit social media. I could live there. Please go stay !! Best thing ever !! "

"Great place to stay for seeing the surrounding area or if you’re in town for some reason. I personally couldn’t get ahold of anyone to talk with during the stay, which put us on a time crunch that we could’ve avoided. Other than that issue the place was clean and tended to the needs we had at the same rate of a hotel but more room to ourselves and less hassle. I’d give a 5 star if I were able to easily communicate with someone involving any concerns or issues we have. "

"Communication was great, very easy check in and out. Property was clean, comfortable and on quiet street. Reasonable price for the spacious accommodations "
