"Basic, clean, comfortable, unremarkable hotel. It was a convenient place to stay about 15-20 minutes from downtown Cleveland.
The area near the hotel is okay, but a little close to the highway so there's road noise all night, which may vary based on room placement. Other room doors are very loud, so there's plenty of slamming noises too. Nothing within walking distance, as it's an industrial-type area, manageable with a car. We did not visit the on-site restaurant but it's an option.

"Just far enough from heavy traffic to be quiet but for dining and shopping everything you could think of is within a half mile of the hotel.
Also close to major hospital which is why I stayed there."

"the staff was amazing i forgot my gold necklace and earrings and the gentleman at the front desk looked for them personally and set them aside for me. only issue i had was that the sheets and mattress topper was dirty. it looked like a fresh stain of some kind of oil. but with no fuss they set me up in a different room.
