"Vincent was amazing to work with! We decided to change the dates and he was very patient and helpful while we got it updated with VRBO. The home is in a peaceful neighborhood with beautiful trees and active squirrels (my daughter’s favorite part). The location was convenient for our needs. We all enjoyed the game tables and the convenience of the washer and dryer. We even tried out the projector one night to watch a couple of episodes of Gilmore Girls – so fun! Vincent checked in once we arrived...

"Very Clean and New. Location very convenient to Shopping , Coffee and Winery. Place very very small but Shower was huge and token gifts such as wine and toiletries a big plus . As well as guest for TV for Netflix. Added bonus outdoor space makes up for lack of living room. I would recommend this place and stay again for sure. Also, conveniently located to major highway and safe. "

"Photos are accurate. The area is quiet and peaceful. Kitchen well stocked and everything as described. The kitchen cupboards and drawers don't have knobs to open them so sometimes that was tricky but not a deal breaker.Owner responsive and communication open and easy for a couple of things that came up during our stay. I believe we resolved to both our satisfaction. "

"My family of 6 and I stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday. My 80 yr old parents live in Southampton but we decided to rent instead of burdening them w/guests. The house had a great layout on the first floor w/everything needed for the holiday, which was great. Walkable to town and Tate's Bake Shop, definitely a plus. Beautiful neighborhood. "This house was in a great location for our extended family Christmas gathering in Deep River. There was more than enough room for 3 adult couples and 2 older children tonstay comfortably & enjoy a cosy fire in fireplace one evening. "
