"Great service and cleanliness "

"We stayed here for two days because I had appointments at MD Anderson cancer center, first the review said there is breakfast with our stay! No breakfast at all..then the water in our sink did not work so they changed us to another room and the same thing NO WATER! The second room they put us in was next to a couple that were fighting and smoking weed all night..the smell came in our room told the front desk and was told that they would let the manager know..no one came to check..never staying...

"Et OK hotel, men ikke noget specielt. Dovne medarbejdere, typisk amerikansk, flinke og høflige, men ikke gjorde meget væsen af sig. Jeg observerede en stor kakkelak krydse mit gulv, som jeg fik fjernet og rapportede i receptionen, som dog gjorde rent på mit værelse efterfølgende, men egentlig bare grinede af det. Det er nu anden gang jeg bor på dette hotel, men jeg er ikke sikker på at jeg vil booke der igen. "

"Staff was not friendly. Elevators are old. Dustbin places infront of the elevator. Coffee maker was placed in the bathroom. Shower in bathroom was not working properly "

Da vi tjekker ind spørger vi om vi kan få en sen udtjekning, da det ville være bedst for os i forhold til vores fly. Vi får af vide af det kan vi sagtens, uden problemer og det skal vi ikke betale ekstra for. Vi skal bare vente med at arrangere det til dagen hvor vi skal tjekke ud. "Nyere hotel med flot interiør i lounge og i værelserne, som er meget rummelige og, da det er et nyt hotel, i god standard. God morgenmad restaurant. Hotellet er desværre beliggende i et område af Houston, der ikke fremtræder så indbydende."

"Not sure why there are so many good reviews for this place. Once we arrived, it was obvious cheap renovations had been done to mask the reality that in spite of the renovations, this place has a lot of problems. 1. Area is not ideal; on our second night there we started hearing banging so loud it shook our walls. "Until I was there they let me know where under construction, I also understood the price was ok but it dosent look like the pictures. The elevator wasn’t working, their breakfast was milk / cereal/ coffee but was old the times I tried . The toilet but situation besides I let know at the front desk , but they never put attention to the areas I ask. No pool, public restrooms first floor out services. Holes in the bed sheets. My bedroom have a microwave but no where I can plugged. They offer me to...

"This place is a cat fish. The rooms are messed up the tvs don’t work. Everywhere is old and needs to be updated the showers heads are full of hard water build up the beds are hard and small these pictures they have up are NOT actual the chair for the desk was broke and just in the corner I definitely wouldn’t have stayed or spent my money if I knew it looked like this "

"The sheets were actually dirty, but because I checked in so late I slept on one side. I also found a dirty towel in the bathroom sink when I walked. There was no remote control for the TV in the room and when I asked for one turns out the TV was not even working. The African American staff was so rude and judgmental towards me.
